Close Encounters

Close Encounters is based in Burlington, Vermont. Their sound is a mix of jazz and psychedelic surfer rock. They play at local venues spreading their new take on some old ideas. I was contacted and given the artistic freedom to create something new, fun, and clean. I drew on television shows like the X-files and of coursE, Close Encounters of the Third Kind for inspiration but with the intention of generating a lighter feel.
